Peter Torssell is an acupuncturist and practicioner of traditional
medicine. He is head of and teacher at Akupunkturakademin (The
school of acupuncture in Stockholm) and guest lecturer at different
universities in Sweden for Chinese Medicine and Chinese food
regulation. Peter Torssell published a swedish book on Chinese food
knowledge in 2000 and runs a private practice of chinese medicine
and acupunture in Sollentuna, outside Stockholm since 1988. He holds
