Awakening Life Enhancing Decision Processes with Hypnosis
Kongress: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hypnose und Hypnosetherapie e.V. - Jahreskongress 2016 (DGH16) 220 min, englisch Inhalt / abstract In this one day workshop, we will explore the patterns involved in how people make important life choices, especially those that carry the potential to really make a critical difference in their emotional well being and quality of life. If we want people to “awaken into life”, we will need to increase their awareness for the possibilities life has to offer and how to choose wisely amongst these various alternatives. Hypnosis can be an especially useful vehicle for teaching skills in making better discriminations, that is, how to determine which is the better choice in a given context. The workshop will provide a structured skillbuilding practice session, a group hypnosis process, a video case resentation, and ample time for addressing questions related to ways of better utilizing hypnosis in the context of goal-oriented psychotherapy. | ||
